NPO REGISTRATION services

We can register your NPO as an unincorporated association.  This is a new option under the NPO Act, 2019. It can be done relatively quickly. 

Registration

Year 1

OEF Fee $400

This service includes:

  • Drafting the Constitution for your organisation;

  • Submitting the Constitution together with the Registration Form and the fees payable to the Registrar; 

  • Completing and filing the Declaration of Availability of Financial Records/Reportable Donations with the Registrar (if applicable); 

  • Advising on what documentation should be kept at the registered office; 

  • Assisting with drafting minutes of annual general meeting; 

  • Assisting with drafting a register of members.

Maintenance

Year 2 Onwards

OEF Fee $200

This service includes:

  • Updating the documentation that needs to be kept at your registered office;

  • Completing and filing the Declaration of Availability of Financial Records/Reportable Donations with the Registrar (if applicable); 

  • Assisting with drafting minutes of annual general meeting; 

  • Assisting with drafting a register of members;

  • Prepare annual filing and renewing Certificate of Registration (if applicable).
