This service includes:

Drafting the Constitution for your organisation;

Submitting the Constitution together with the Registration Form and the fees payable to the Registrar;

Completing and filing the Declaration of Availability of Financial Records/Reportable Donations with the Registrar (if applicable);

Advising on what documentation should be kept at the registered office;

Assisting with drafting minutes of annual general meeting;

Assisting with drafting a register of members.

Year 2 Onwards
OEF Fee $200
This service includes:

Updating the documentation that needs to be kept at your registered office;

Completing and filing the Declaration of Availability of Financial Records/Reportable Donations with the Registrar (if applicable);

Assisting with drafting minutes of annual general meeting;

Assisting with drafting a register of members;
-
Prepare annual filing and renewing Certificate of Registration (if applicable).
