Our Goal is to strengthen OEF’s Partners to become self-sufficient and thrive without solely relying on One Eleuthera Foundation.

We want to help our partners to meet the operating standards for well-governed nonprofits, including establishing an active board of directors, creating strong policies, creating and implementing a strategic plan and operational budget, develop fundraising tactics, and build a donor base.

This will allow for organizations to successfully operate with One Eleuthera Foundation as a supplemental resource, or independently.

Our goal also includes developing national standards for nonprofits so that we can begin a culture of self-regulation and increase credibility.
